What scale of projects do you undertake?

Montreal Neon Signs is a full service sign company with no minimum size for projects. We have carried out complete coast to coast re-branding programs for large corporate companies, as well as projects for airports, large governmental organizations and your local corner store.  Size and location are not an issue for us.

How long does it take to have a sign made?

For custom signs, delivery and installation time can be as quick as 5 days or 3-6 weeks after approvals. The larger the project, the longer the time commitment. We can provide production timelines with all of our proposals.

How do you ensure on-time delivery?

Montreal Neon Signs has the resources to ensure on-time delivery including a team of experienced Project Managers, the latest equipment, daily staff meetings, a strong technical team, a well-stocked inventory of materials and a fleet of qualified installers across North America.

Can you do a rush job?

Yes. We are one of the few large sign companies known for having  quick production schedules. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction so we do everything possible to deliver your sign on time, every time.

How do you ensure quality with your products?

Our quality control process includes the 5S methodology and other practices to guarantee the highest standards of quality control. Montreal Neon Signs is CSA and UIL certified and all of our products are inspected upon completion.

Do you provide sign maintenance and repair services?

Do I need a permit for my sign?

Municipal sign permits are required for most exterior signs. In addition, signs visible from the highway may also need a permit from the Department or Ministry of Transportation.

How much does a permit cost?

In general, a permit costs a few hundred dollars but cost varies according to municipality. You can rely on our permit specialist to provide you with all pertinent information during this process.

Can you take care of getting my sign permit?

Yes, we encourage our customers to let us process the permit application so that we can keep track of the progress and ensure that your sign is delivered on time.  You will benefit from our highly-experienced permit specialists who have built relationships with city officials across North America.

Does your company handle nationwide accounts?

Yes. We can manage any or all aspects of your sign program.

Do you subcontract any part of your work?

No. We take pride in the fact that we are a full service sign manufacturer and installer. This allows us to keep costs down for our customers, control our production schedules and bring innovation to the forefront.

Does your company have the ability to provide coast-to-coast delivery and installation services?

Yes. We have a large network of qualified installers across North America. In addition, we have relationships with several different transport brokers and can quickly and easily send a shipment to anywhere in North America.

How long will my sign last?

A sign should last about 10 years with regular maintenance. However, many customers replace their signage every five years to keep the image looking clean and relevant. It is important to know that the quality and type of materials used will affect the lifespan of your sign. We only use the highest-rated materials available.

What guarantee does my sign have?

Our signs are manufactured to the highest possible quality standards and are currently supplied with a one-year guarantee from the installation date.

Do you have design capabilities?

Yes. We our a full service sign company from planning, design, manufacture and installation.

What format does my logo need to be in?

We need a vector file of your logo. The preferred formats are .eps or .ai.

How do I send large files to you for producing or printing signs?

Our FTP site is available to upload large files. Simply click on the “Client Area” button on our homepage and follow the instructions. We receive an automatic notification when your files have been uploaded.
